We were referredby a friend of mine whom had just sold her home in 10 days with Natalie Coe. I did not know her and wanted to interview other agents before I called her to ensure that I found the right agent for me. I interviewed 7 different agents and Natalie was exactly what I was looking for. She was 1 of 2 that made a definite appointment to see my house (other agents did not ask or just suggested to me that they would come look if I wanted them to) She came prepared sat us at the table and said here is what my company is about and here is what I can do for you. The other appointment just sat on the couch, nothing to present really just gave company info, no action or next steps.
She wanted the job and she came and got it. She was very impressive and she took every opportunity, including networking at our community garage sale to learn more about my area and to look for opportunities. From the moment I called her I could tell that she was the one I would more than likely sign with. She was one of my last calls and was a breath of fresh air, none of the others really stood out and when I made contact with her I was like ok here we go someone who is ready to take care of business!
The day we found our buyers we were going over paper work on the phone together looking at the contract on internet. She could tell that we needed some face time and rearranged her schedule letting us know she would be at our house in 45 minutes. This was not in her schedule for the day but she made time and already had counter offer paperwork completed which matched exactly what my husband and I decided before we even spoke with her about it.
She is appropriately aggressive, organized, prepared, communicates in a timely manor and knows the industry. Love, love, love her ambition and how on top of her game she is. It took only 15 days and now we have a contract on our house.
I will highly recommend Natalie Coe to anyone who is serious about selling or buying.
