Declined or request for time change buyer showings typically do not reschedule. You will want to accommodate as many showing requests as possible while marketing your home for sale.

Our team follows up with every showing agent for every listing showing multiple times. Showing agents in our market are not required to provide feedback this is a professional courtesy. In some cases real estate agents opt not to do so. We will forward any feedback received over to you as soon as it comes in.
In Oklahoma’s Tulsa area market buyers take possession of the home at closing (unless otherwise agreed to in writing). You will want to make sure your home is new owner ready and all personal items moved out prior to the buyer signing on closing day. Utilities need to be left on through the day of closing for final walk through.
Buyer’s notice a lot more than you might think when previewing homes and ultimately making a choice on which property to purchase. Our favorite tip is for sellers to fold linens, organize pantries & closets, & clean air intake vents.
